1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing our booking systems or scheduling an inspection framework (either New Car PDI Service or Used Car Inspection), you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you may not proceed with booking our mechanical/cosmetic evaluation options.

2. Scope of Inspection Services

The explicit features evaluated vary directly depending on the package selected by the customer at the checkout window:

• New Car PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection): Focuses primarily on OEM paint variances, factory shipment visual transport damages, VIN authenticity, and baseline delivery electronics checks.
• Used Car Inspection: Involves standard cosmetic panel checking, electronic scanning diagnosis where available, tire and undercarriage structural evaluations, and estimated wear indicators.

3. Vital Service Limitations

Our inspectors do not dismantle machinery, drop transmissions, or break seals during routine roadside assessments. Latent internal mechanical issues or intermittent digital error codes that do not present themselves during dynamic testing cycles fall outside visual metrics detection limits.

4. Bookings, Fees, and Cancellations

• Cancellation Windows: Full booking refunds require at least 24 hours advance notice relative to the assigned technician dispatch slot.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under 12 hours from service delivery remain subject to a 25% administrative deployment fee.
• Weather Adjustments: Severe environmental restrictions (heavy downpours/dust storms) preventing visual evaluation may trigger alternative slot adjustments at no extra tariff penalty.

5. Customer Obligations

To successfully execute an inspection checklist loop, the processing consumer is fundamentally responsible for:

• Securing access authorization permissions from dealerships or independent vehicle owners ahead of our specialist's arrival.
• Ensuring the target vehicle is situated on hard, level ground with adequate clearance room for side and under-carriage views.
• Providing physical key sets, battery power permissions, and registration logbooks if full historical documentation comparisons are requested.

6. Use of Digital Reports

Any digital breakdown sheets or dynamic scoreboards rendered remain for the explicit non-commercial advisory guidance of the original booking individual. These records are non-transferable titles and shouldn't act as singular independent components for absolute litigation value against auto dealerships or third-party vehicle sellers.

7. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum limits allocated by localized regional traffic safety laws, our brand collective stands free from indirect consequential damages, revenue losses, or component engine fail costs surfacing after our reporting. The ultimate service liability cap will never overshoot the base transactional service payment values cleared during early booking phases.
